White wine produced in the Piedmont region and obtained from the native Nascetta vine, which is mainly grown in the Langhe and Roero areas and with 15% Viogner, an international vine highly appreciated worldwide. Bright straw yellow color and an intense and complex aroma, with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, Nascetta wine is fresh, balanced and persistent, with a pleasant acidity.

Nascetta is a variety of white grape that produces high quality wines. Its main characteristics include a bright straw yellow color and an intense and complex aroma, with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, Nascetta wine is fresh, balanced and persistent, with a pleasant acidity.
PRODUCTION
The production of Nascetta wine requires particular attention and care. The vineyards must be grown on well-drained soil and exposed to the sun to ensure optimal ripening of the grapes. The harvest is carried out manually to select only the best grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are delicately pressed and the resulting must is fermented at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine is aged in stainless steel or wooden barrels for a variable period of time, usually 6 to 12 months, to further develop its aromas and structure. All our vineyards are grown naturally and worked by hand, with the utmost respect for the Earth and with total care and attention for each vine.
COMBINATIONS
Nascetta wine pairs well with fish-based dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses. It is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed young or aged, depending on personal preference.

The production of Nascetta wine is limited, but in recent years it has gained popularity due to its exceptional quality. Some local producers are investing in the valorisation of this native vine, thus contributing to the promotion of Piedmont's winemaking tradition.
