Our Restaurant

The Agriturismo with La Pieve rooms has an in-house restaurant.

Located in the building's former stable, which has been skilfully renovated and converted into a pleasant dining room, our restaurant is run by Chef Giovanni and can seat up to 60 diners. In the summer our guests can eat outside, in a very cool covered structure adjacent to the garden, which can seat up to 30 guests.

The La Pieve Restaurant offers the opportunity to taste the dishes of the Territory, in a home-made cuisine that exalts and proposes the truest and most genuine Piedmontese culinary tradition. Each dish is prepared according to grandmother's recipes, handed down from generation to generation.

In every preparation we only use fresh, high-quality ingredients from our own farm or KM 0 raw materials from local farms and producers. This allows us to guarantee an authentic gastronomic experience.

Great attention is also paid to research and seasonality, with our menus changing according to the natural cycle of the products that nature provides us with, to always guarantee the highest quality and properties of the food we bring to the table.

The unfailing starters of our Piedmontese doc cuisine are the Carne Cruda (raw meat), the Insalata Russa (Russian salad), the Vitello Tonnato (veal with tuna sauce) and the Flan of seasonal vegetables from the farm's vegetable garden.

The first courses, strictly handmade at home, are Agnolotti del Plin, Tajarin and Gnocchi.

The second courses are delicious with a side dish of seasonal vegetables and then the classic desserts, the pride of our offer and prepared fresh every day: the Bunet, the Persi Pien, the Sweet Salami and the Hazelnut Semifreddo.

Thanks to our Farm, which cultivates and produces Dogliani DOCG, Nebbiolo, Nascetta and Rosato, our restaurant guests can taste local wines, perfectly matched to the dishes on offer, in an all-round taste experience.

La Pieve Restaurant is open exclusively on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, by reservation only
