These general conditions of sale regulate the purchase of products made online via the website https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/

1. Our trade policy

1.1The Seller offers products for sale on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/ and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users, consumers, professionals and legal entities.

1.2 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, sending and acceptance of orders between users of https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/ and the Seller.

2. How to conclude the contract with the Seller

2.1To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/, you must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the related price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment methods that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased goods. 2.3 The contract is concluded upon receipt by the Seller, electronically, of the order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order itself.2.4Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale.2.5The order form will be archived at the our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You will receive your order form via email

2.6 The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/ are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order form, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you within thirty ( 30) days starting from the day following the day on which you have sent your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.

2.7 By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with the Seller, the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms reported in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/

2.8 By submitting the order form you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained in https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/, also referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and Information on the Right of Withdrawal.

2.9 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.

3. Guarantees and indication of product prices

3.1The essential characteristics of the products are presented on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/ within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.2The Seller does not sell products that are expired, irregular or of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3The Seller, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or which have been damaged.

3.4Product prices may vary. Check the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.

3.5 Purchase requests from countries not present among those on the country selection page cannot be accepted by the Seller.

4. Prices  and delivery costs

4.1The prices displayed include VAT, packaging and packaging.

Delivery costs, where due, remain the responsibility of the Customer and will be indicated in detail before forwarding the Purchase Order.

5.  Method of payment

To pay the price of the products and the related shipping costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related Ancillary Charges by credit card or PayPal.

The Site does not store the Customer's credit card number.

Once the Order has been placed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment via his own account or using a card, including a prepaid one, or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.

5.1 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Banca Sella or other banks, which provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to have access to them in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete purchase operations and in the event of issuing refunds, following exercise of your right of withdrawal and relative return of the products, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/

5.2 The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be debited from your current account upon shipment of the purchased products.

6. Shipping and delivery of products

The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "Shipping Address" field.

All Products will be delivered by express courier, it being understood that the Seller will in no case be responsible for delays that are not foreseeable or cannot be attributed to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to refer to for tracking the shipment. Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products will be delivered within 14 working days starting from the day following the Order.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days, from the day of receipt of the products purchased on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/dandone notice to the Seller.

7.2 To withdraw from the contract you will have to specify the products purchased, the relevant order number, your identification data and bank details (account holder and number of C/C, ABI, CAB, CIN) as well as photographs of the damaged or incorrect product for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the products. You will have to return the products to the Seller who will have to receive them within fourteen (14) working days from when you received the products and we will make a new shipment at our expense

7.3Shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. Return shipping, however, is free if you decide to use our courier. In the event that you decide to use a different courier, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

7.4 The right of withdrawal is in any case subject, in addition to the conditions specified in the previous points, also to the following conditions:

The consignment note must be correctly completed

The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return;

The products must not have been used, modified or damaged;

The products must be returned in a single shipment to the Seller;

Products must be returned in their original packaging;

The Seller must receive the returned products within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of the order.

7.5 In the event that the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the conditions set out above, the Seller will reimburse the customer the entire sum collected for the purchase of the products, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal or to new shipment.7.6 If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you will be able to regain, at your expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

8. Refund times and methods

8.1After returning the products, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks relating to their conformity with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send you, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of the acceptance of returned products.

9. Privacy

9.1 You can obtain information on how we process your personal data by accessing the Privacy policy section. 9.2 We also invite you to read our General Conditions of Use which contain important information on how we process the personal data of our users and the IT and security systems adopted.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

10.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, and subsequent amendments and additions, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

Legal guarantee for the Customer: the Customer has the right to make use of the legal guarantee provided for in articles 128 to 132 of the Consumer Code. This guarantee provides, among other things, that the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, must report any lack of conformity of the Product to the Seller within 2 months of discovery (art. 132, Consumer Code). Following this complaint, the Consumer Customer will have the right to request repair or replacement of the defective Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in his favor. By virtue of the above guarantee, the Seller is responsible for defects of conformity that appear within 2 years of delivery of the Product. Beyond this deadline the Seller, therefore, will not be responsible for defects of conformity found by the Customer. In the event of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty relating to the replaced or repaired Product are the same as those of the original Product. Therefore, the overall two-year duration of the legal guarantee will in any case start from the delivery of the original Product. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, the Customer must provide evidence of the date of purchase.

10.2 The sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. All disputes that may arise between the Seller and a Consumer Customer in relation to these General Conditions and/or individual purchase orders will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of residence or domicile of the Consumer Customer, where located in Italian territory; in all other cases, territorial jurisdiction will be devolved exclusively to the Court of ASTI.

12. Modification and updating

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any changes to legislative regulations. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on https://www.agriturismolapieve.it/
