A high quality product ideal for the preparation of desserts, but also for enriching ice creams, biscuits and other culinary preparations. The transport conditions must however guarantee the integrity and quality of the goods which must be protected from atmospheric agents, pests, condensation, sudden temperature changes, dust and anything else that could compromise their quality.
